Glencore Case Study
Each year, the Integrated Nickel Operations holds a proactive annual safety day for team leaders, engineering managers, contractors and subcontractors. Management sought ways to keep the message of safety alive, relevant and non-negotiable. Adam crafted a safety message that was both relevant and compelling.
Because stress was also a concern at the mine site, Adam also facilitated a stress management workshop where managers and leaders learned eight tools for positively harnessing stress.
Adam toured the mining facility and joined the senior leadership team for a dinner designed to reward emerging leaders, who each received a copy of his book The Responsibility Ethic.
